Spirit:
We believe that the spirit constitutes the fundamental essence of each individual, serving as the bedrock of their being. Guiding individuals in their spiritual growth facilitates the vital connection required for them to thrive both in athletic endeavors and in various aspects of life. We are firm in our belief that the spirit harmonizes and integrates the entirety of a person's being.
Soul:
We believe that an individual's soul encompasses their cognitive faculties and emotional experiences. We assert that the cultivation of one's soul significantly influences aspects such as self-esteem, interpersonal connections, and behavioral choices.
Body:
We believe every person's body is physically different however the functionality of the body was created for a purpose. Developing the body will enable the person to withstand the toll the body undergoes to become the person one is destined to be.
